Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

Kapitalyze, operated by ORIS Intelligence Pvt. Ltd., is a software-as-a-service platform. All products and services are delivered digitally; nothing is physically shipped. No shipping or courier charges apply to any purchase.

2. Subscription Activation

Platform subscriptions are activated automatically upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway — typically within minutes. Activation is confirmed by email to your registered address, and your plan features become available immediately in your account. If your subscription is not active within 2 hours of a successful payment, contact hello@kapitalyze.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it within 1 business day.

3. Professional Services Delivery

Professional services (Virtual CS, Virtual CA, Registered Valuer, Legal Advisory, Pitch Deck) are delivered by qualified professionals per the scope and timeline agreed in your engagement proposal. Typical timelines: an initial consultation is scheduled within 2 business days of a request; recurring compliance services follow the statutory calendar applicable to your entity; one-time deliverables (valuation reports, pitch decks, legal opinions) carry the delivery date stated in the proposal. Deliverables are provided digitally through the Platform's document vault or by email.

4. Service Levels & Support

We target 99.5% monthly platform availability, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support requests are acknowledged within 1 business day (India business hours, Monday–Friday). Delivery delays caused by incomplete information, pending client approvals, or government portal downtime are communicated proactively along with a revised timeline.
